| • Aura's Aura's, these let you see the world in a special way. There are many explanations for auras. Some say its your spirit body, others say its an extension of your chakras. Each person must decide for themselves. Here's one way to see them (follow the order for best results) : 1. Chakra Training (Meditation). Use this to stimulate your psychic abilities. 2. Basic Vision Training. Sit about three feet from your screen. Hold your finger out, so the tip is in the center, and just below the two circles. Look at the tip of your finger. A third circle should appear between them. Hold this for two minutes. This develops coordination between your left and right hemispheres, and trains your peripheral vision. Note : Move your finger backwards and forwards to line up the circle. The finished result should look like a glowing green & yellow circle between the original two. 3. Basic Auric Vision. This involves practicing on inanimate objects with bright primary colours. The ideal situation is a room with a quite bright ambient light, with white walls. If this isn't available, use a plain white sheet. Gather anything you can (books, construction paper, boxes) which has a bright primary colour (red, blue, yellow and green work well). Place this object a couple of inches away from the white background. Sit about six feet away. Stare at the white background, about an inch to the side of the object, stare as if you were daydreaming. Being relaxed and focused is vital (hence performing the chakra mediation technique is invaluable). You should see an 'invisible' glow around the object. Be patient and passive. Soon (don't feel rushed) a colour will take over. The auric colours you will see are : - From Red = Green Aura
From Blue = Yellow Aura From Green = Red Aura From Yellow = Blue Aura
4. Intermediate Auric Vision One. Now you practice on yourself. First we start with your hands. Using the same white (or neutral) background, sit about three feet from the backdrop. Hold out your arm, so its about one and a half inches from the backdrop. Spread your fingers. Again, in a 'daydreamy' type stare, look at the backdrop in-between your forefinger and middle finger, level with the last knuckle before your nail. Give it time, it can take from five to sixty seconds to develop. Take note of the colour. Try it on someone close to you (lover, friend, family member). 4. Intermediate Auric Vision Two. Find a mirror. Again, make sure that the background and lighting is suitable. A full length mirror is ideal, but any will do (to a limit, as long as you can get your head and shoulders in). Stand about six feet from the mirror. Stare at your forehead. You should see your aura gradually appear. If not, try staring at the top of your head, or, preferably, about an inch away from either of your ears. 5. Advanced Auric Vision. This comes naturally with time and patience. You will be seeing auras eminate from everything, trees, plants, insects, monitors etc. Now you can learn what the differing colours mean. They are (only a brief guide) : Red : Wilful, Aggressive, Anger Orange : Emotional, Creative Yellow : Intelligent Green : Healing, Growth, Compassion Blue : Spiritual & Psychic development, Truthful Violet : Spiritual devotion, Leadership Pink : Love, Devotion Gold : Power, Spiritual achievement, Harmony Grey : Fear Brown : Determination, Organization White : Purity, Truth Black : Unhealthy area, Sign of disease, even death The more you practice, the easier it becomes. |
