Curious as to how many points are left until you cap? Are you one of those players who would rather raise Skills in blocks of 5, or 10, and want to know how much total xp you'll have to save for 5 points? There is nothing worse than wanting to get 5 points, and falling short by a few million. As requested by many players, below is a table showing the xp costs for each level of Specialized, and Trained Skills.Every character is given 50 Skill Credits at creation. It is possible to specialize up to 64 Skill Credits, which is based upon the cost to train them, and the cost to specialize. (So, if you train Life Magic for 8 credits, and specialize it, the total "Specialized" credits you're using is 16.). If you specialize a "Free" skill (such as Magic Defense), the cost to specialize it is the total counted. Skill credits are earned at levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, and if you have the TOD Expansion Pack, additional skill credits are given at levels 130, 140, 150, 160, 180, 200, 225, 250, and 275. Two additional skill credits can be gained via questing. The first one can be gained from doing the Marae Lassal Skill Credit Quest. Once your character is level 35, you can gain access to Marae Lassel Plateau, and find a random spawn for Aun Ralirea. Upon killing him (Use caution, he has hollow weapons), he drops a little necklace called a "Clay Figurine". Pick this up, and head to Ahurenga town (within 24 hours), and speak to the little Tumerok man standing by the toppled tower. Aun Arantah will bestow upon you an extra Skill Credit. This quest is one-time per character. The second, Chasing Oswald, is only for those with Throne of Destiny Expansion, and is more difficult than Ralirea, with a level requirement of 80+. One of the most common questions people ask is how can they tell if they have done the first Skill Credit Quest. That is easy to determine, because if you have done it, and your level ends in a 5, your total skill credits will be an even number. Since there are no skills that cost an odd number of credits, you will have either 0, or an even number of credits. If your level ends in a 0, you will have an odd number of skill credits available.
