What is an Employee Assistance Program?
An Employee Assistance Program or EAP provides professional
confidential counselling services to employees and members
of their immediate families. Employees can bring any problem
to an EAP that they feel is harming their physical or mental health,
or quality of life or preventing them from working to their full potential
during hours of employment.
