Job623(A) Our client is looking for a senior real estate administrator to join their team in a very busy real estatebrokerage. Essential job functions will include, but are not limited to: • Answering phones; • Booking and Confirming appointments; • Brokerloading new listing and any status changes; • Greeting and assisting all clients in a friendly and professional manner; • Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, couriers and deliveries in a timely manner; • Entering all deals into Lone Wolf; • Processing of deals in a timely manner; • Ensuring all listing (active and sold) information is accurate and in compliance with RECO requirements; • Maintaining office equipment and supplies; • Maintaining office area so as to present a neat and orderly appearance; • Providing general office assistance as required; • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of receptionist/switchboard experience in a real estate office; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Knowledge of Quick Office Commander and Lone Wolf are MANDATORY • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner; • Able to work well with minimum supervision; • Able to maintain composure under pressure; • Strong knowledge of Residential Real Estate. • Accounting knowledge and experience is MANDATORY

" Minimum 1 year of Java Swing experience on large enterprise applications. " Minimum 3 years of hands on development experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems, preferably Stellent Content Management Tools: Content Server, Web Content Management & Site Studio in pSeries/AIX / DB2/WebSphere environment. " Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. " Ability to work in a team environment. " Practical experience with graphical user interfaces design is highly preferred.
