How do I stop getting E-mail
from  Message Boards

you may have unknowingly activated the email all messages
feature of this group when viewing or joining it by checking off
the "Inbox" option in your email settings of this group

2) Messages
Select how you want to read group messages.
Choose:  "On the Web:"   Save Changes

3) Group Reports (once a week)
Select how often you want to receive the group report.
Choose:  "Never"  Save Changes
 Never  

4) E-mail is stopped.

2) you can even choose to receive all messages as email,
    or some, or none by changing your email settings

3) simply click this link to choose which message threads
    you want sent to you as email  Send to my Inbox

4) then  check the boxes of just the message threads
    you want sent to you as email
