| Links and information on educators Attending herbal conferences and seminars is a great way to learn about herbs. You get to attend lots of classes, with different teachers, meet with like-minded folks and, find out what may be going on in your local area. Enroll in a correspondecnce course, network with herb students in your community, so you can share information, do your homework together, lend books to each other, have study groups, take walks to identify plants in your locale and make your own herbal remedies, cosmetics and concoctions.
These are Mountain Rose Herbs favorite teachers and schools. We have had personal experience with each of them and, they are highly recommended by former students and our customers. Many are longtime friends and associates who have been teaching for many years. It is by no means a comprehensive list of all the reputable teachers out there. Some of you may wish to contact them with your personal recommendations and they will contact the teacher or school and expand this list.
