Access Hollywood: Well, out with the old and in with the new. Charmed gets a face lift with the addition of Rose McGowan for the fall season. Now, rumors of bad blood swirled between Shannen Doherty and Alyssa Milano leading to Shannen's exit. Today for the first time the Charmed cast addresses the scuttlebutt.
Shannen Doherty: Oh yes, I'm the devil, sweetie.
Teddy Potts: Oh, you're the devil?
Access Hollywood: That's what Shannen Doherty jokingly told Teddy Potts about her unceremonious departure last season from the WB hit Charmed. But it was no laughing matter when press accounts reported that Shannen was at odds with both the show's producers and Alyssa Milano.
Alyssa Milano: When you're working that constantly with someone you're not always going to get along. But I was one of 75 other people that were here daily. So, I wasn't always the one that wasn't being gotten along with.
Access Hollywood: For the first time, Alyssa and the Charmed cast is speaking out, though diplomatically, about that awkward period and about Shannen bashing the show and the press.
Brian Krause: I think there were a lot of people that may have felt a little hurt by some of that.
Access Hollywood: Cast member Brian Krause who is dating Alyssa Milano in real life was most affected by the press accounts. Holly Marie Combs, who is friends with Shannen, was visibly uncomfortable discussing the issue.
Holly Marie Combs: For me personally, yeah. I was a little disappointed and the show goes on. She's my friend. I've worked with her for a very long time and I was very comfortable working with her.
