The Following Material does not have a 100% Confirmation.

I believe there are two exact versions of this house , I don't know whether the one is used as a spare for special purposes such as in the last episode of Season 2 ' Be careful for what your witch for ' there is a scene when phoebe fly's out of the manor , the background effect wasn't so good , it isn't a 100% confirmation but there is a strong thought that there are two versions of the Halliwell Manor , of course one of them is the original and is really located in San Francisco at Prescott and Pine , I don't any particular address , well actually I do have the real address of the Manor , but I can't give it to you over this site, because its violating the privacy of the People that really live there.

Halliwell Manor hands over with ' Hollywood Homes '

This house has been used in many movies , for instance I saw this manor appear in one of the scenes in a comedy film called '' Gigolo '' , Hollywood Homes keep the Halliwell Manor in their book for the most visited House in the TV show Area , apparently Serious Magic practices have visited this house and believe that the house has some magic history. Which is pretty wierd because yes maybe magic does exist but The Halliwell sisters don't exist in real life , maybe of another kind , but the actual people don't exist. Like some people believe that Charmed is based on a true story , but believe me it isn't.
