Dream Cutter - if the opponent has not been to sleep, this attack does slight damage. If the enemy was asleep, but has been awake for a while, this attack
does low damage. If the enemy just woke up, this attack does high damage. If the enemy is asleep, this attack does EXTREME damage.
Psyblast - for each Psychic attack that the battling pokémon (yours and enemy's), the attack does more damage. For each psychic attack used, the attack does even more damage.
