Teo is born in goldenrod, his mother is a daughter of Kurt and his father is the brother of the father of Sabrina, so he was born with telepathic powers, at the time he started his quest (you had to be 14 to start in that time) he promised himself that he wold catch a legendary pokémon. Teo travels to Pallet Town Together with his friend Johnny because that was the only place to get a starter pokémon. He chose squirtle and Johnny chose charmander, another trainer named Lance takes a charmander. He directly challenges Teo to a battle. it was a fierce battle and after many scratches Teo wins, Lance swears that he would take revenge and runs out of the lab. Teo and Johnny head for veridian city in hope of winning there first badge.
