~PART THREE~

Angels Die Hard

William Smith played in many biker movies, usually as the leader of the
"bad" gang. In this one, he finally gets to play the good guy.

But did their battle cry have to be "Kill the pigs"?

Hell's Belles

About the only thing this flick had going for it was the title.
The "gang" all rode oriental dirt bikes! I guess then, as today,
the average citizen couldn't tell one motorcycle from another.

Beyond the Law

Charlie Sheen stars in this 1992 movie about an undercover cop who joins an
arms-dealing biker gang to try to put them behind bars. Michael Madsen costars.

Roadside Prophets

Bizarre and surreal 1992 road movie about a biker and his unlikely
sidekick. On a quest to fulfill a friend's last wish, Joe takes to the desert
road on his 1957 Panhead and meets a succession of odd characters,
including Sam who begins following Joe, on a quest of his own. The
stars are virtually unknown, but check out the cameos at the bottom.

Don't Tell Her It's Me

Guttenberg plays Gus, a fat cartoonist that recently won a
battle against cancer and is trying to win Jami Gertz's heart
by posing as a bad-to-the-bone New Zealand biker in this
1990 flick. Shelley Long costars as his matchmaking sister.

Masters of Menace

Masters of Menace is a biker farce featuring Dan Akroyd,
Jim Belushi, John Candy and George Wendt. When one of
their bros dies doing a bike stunt, they take him and his coffin
cross country to bury him, with beer-induced hijinks resulting.

Chrome Soldiers

Gary Busey stars in this drama about three ex-soldiers who go to a small
town in Oregon to help a friend investigate the murder of his brother.

Running Cool

While this movie isn't that bad, it features characters with
names like Bone, Bear, Bubba, Sprocket and Meathead and
the requisite township up-in-arms against the invading bikers.

Born To Ride

About the only thing I can tell you about
this 1991 movie is that it stars John Stamos.

Cycle Savages

The leader of a biker gang takes exception to an
artist sketching them, so he makes plans to crush
the artist's hands in this 1969 movie. Bruce Dern stars.

Electra Glide in Blue

Robert Blake stars in this 1973 movie about a short Arizona
motorcycle cop who gets his wish and is promoted to Homicide
following the mysterious murder of a hermit. He is forced to
confront his illusions about himself and those around him in order
to solve the case, eventually returning to solitude in the desert.

Exterminators of the Year 3000

After a nuclear war turns the earth into a desert. A group of survivors
in a cave runs out of water and desperately needs a new supply. The
last guy they sent out didn't return. They know where they'll find a well,
but it's controlled by a savage gang of motorcyclists. (Italian, 1983)

Hells Angels On Wheels

At first gas station attendant Bobby (Jack Nicholson) is happy when the
Hell's Angels finally accept him. But he's shocked when he learns how brutal
they are - not even murder is a taboo to them. He gets himself in trouble when
the leader's girl falls in love with him and he welcomes her approaches (1967).

Knightriders

A traveling troupe of jousters and performers are slowly cracking under the
pressure of hick cops, financial troubles and their failure to live up to their own
ideals. The group's leader, KingBilly (Ed Harris), is increasingly unable to maintain
his warrior's rule and they all have to ask why they were here in the first place (1981).
Cute outfit, Ed. Goes good with the bike.

Psychomania

A Gang of young people call themselves the Living Dead and they terrorize
the population of their small town. In an agreement with the devil, if they
kill themselves firmly believing in it, they will survive and gain eternal life.
So following their leader, they all commit suicide one after another, but
things don't necessarily turn out as expected...Don't fail to miss it. (1971)

Streets Of Fire

A rock and roll singer is taken captive by a motorcycle gang in a strange
world that seems to be a cross of the 1950's and the present or future. Her
ex-boyfriend returns to town and to find her missing and goes to her rescue.
Willem Defoe, Amy Madigan, Bill Paxton and Rick Moranis star (1984)

Teenage Gang Debs

A no-good Manhattan girl (Diane Conti) moves in on a Brooklyn biker
gang. Using her obvious charms she gets the leader killed in a fight over
her and then takes up with the victor and new head man. Then she starts
pushing him to get out onto the streets to mix it with rival gangs. (1966)

Viva Knievel

Evel Knievel stars as himself in this 1977 film, also released
as "Seconds to Live". Also featured are Gene Kelly, Lauren
Hutton, Leslie Nielson, Frank Gifford and Red buttons.
Notice this is another pic where the bike image is flopped.

Barb Wire

Pamela Anderson is Barb Wire: biker, bounty hunter
and nightclub owner in this 1996 flick set in the future.

Chrome & Hot Leather

William Smith stars in this 1971 film as a biker who causes two girls to
crash their car after they cut him off, and one of the girl's army sergeant
brother gets his 'Nam buddies to go after Smith's gang (on Kawasakis).

The Hard Ride

This 1971 movie features Robert Fuller as a returning
Vietnam vet who fulfills his dead friend's wish for his
funeral arrangements and possession of his chopper.
