Outing Agenda Plan

Saturday:
08:00- Patrol Leaders Report to the Quartermaster at the Storage Locker for Issued Troop Gear Distribution (have your Patrol Gear Checklist ready), everyone else Report to the Outing Champion for Roll Call, Money and Permission slip turn in.
08:30- Everyone load vehicles in an organized manner with Troop and personal gear.
09:00- Leave for Destination
12:00- Arrive at Destination. Patrols Pitch Camp (Patrols also pitch the chaperones tents) while Patrol Cooking Detail prepare lunch.
12:30- Patrol Leaders invite chaperones to lunch with them, and the meal begins.
1:00- Patrol KP Details begin clean up, while Patrol polices the area. Everyone changes their sock to a fresh pair.
1:30- Organized Learning Activity
3:30- Free Time (Everyone Must use the Buddy System)
5:00- Patrol Cooking Details prepares Dinner. Patrols plan Campfire Activities
5:30- Patrol leaders invite chaperones to dinner with them, Grace is invoked, then the meal begins.
6:00- Patrol KP Details begin clean up, while Patrol polices the area.
6:30- Organized Learning Activity
8:30- Light Evening Campfire
9:30- Conclude Campfire. Patrols may have planned an evening snack (ex: hot coco)
10:00- Lights Out
10:30- All Quiet
Sunday:
07:00- Revelle. Patrol packs their personal belongings, and Strikes Camp (Patrols also strike the chaperones tents).
07:30- Quartermaster Inspection of Troop Equipment. Patrol Cooking Details prepares breakfast
08:00- Patrol leaders invite chaperones to breakfast with them, Grace is invoked and the meal begins.
09:00- Patrol KP Details clean up, while Patrol polices the area.
09:30- Free Time IF Patrols have all gear packed and ready to leave if necessary (Everyone Must use the Buddy System)
12:00- Patrol Cooking Details perpare Lunch
12:30- Patrol KP Detail clean up, while Patrol polices the area. Everyone changes their socks to a fresh pair
1:00 Free Time (Everyone Must us the Buddy System
2:00- Leave for Alameda
3:00-5:00 Arrive at Storage Locker. Patrol members Return Issued Troop Gear to Their Patrol Leaders. Quartermaster holds Patrol Leaders accountable for Issued Troop Gear to be returned
