The Outlawz were formed by Tupac. He took names from old dicators and rulers and gave each of the Outlawz one of their names. Kastro (K-Dogg) is the blood cousin of Tupac. He always was around Tupac as a little kid. Kastro lived in Atlanta, along with his best friend EDI (Big Mal). Kastro & EDI were very close and grew up together and their mother's were also very close. Kadafi was Tupac's half-brother who was from New Jersey. Kastro, EDI, and Kadafi all knew each other and were going to start a rap group called the "Theroheads".

Napoleon was from Irvington, New Jersey. Napoleon's family and Kadafi's knew each other very good. Kadafi's mom and Napoleon's aunt were really close. Kadafi birthday was like 2 days before Napoleon's birthday. So they always celebrated birthdays together. Napoleon found out Kadafi was rhyming, and Kadafi's mom told Napoleon that Kadafi was Tupac's half-brother. Tupac heard the story about how Napoleon witnessed his parents getting killed and the story had Tupac in tears. After hearing that, Tupac wanted to meet Napoleon and he was now part of the crew. Tupac added Napoleon to a group he would call 'Dramacydal', which consisted of EDI (Big Mal), Kastro (K-Dogg), Kadafi (Yak), and Napoleon (Mutah). Along with Tupac, the 4 Dramacydal members moved to Atlanta.

Now at this time, a few new members would join, which later came to be known as the "Outlawz". Hussein Fatal knew Kadafi well too. And Young Noble was from Kadafi's block. Kadafi took Tupac to meet Fatal while he was in jail, and that is how he got down with the Outlawz. Young Noble always used to get it with Kadafi and Fatal, and one day he went to Tupac's house in Los Angeles and he was soon a member of the Outlawz. Tupac would later add Big Syke (Mussollini) and Mophreme (Konami) from his Thug Life group, and the first female Outlaw named Storm.

At this present day, there are only 3 current Outlaw members.... Young Noble, EDI, and Kastro. Napoleon left the group in early 2003. He wanted to be a solo artist and also concentrate on his Muslim faith. Fatal separated from the group when Tupac passed in 1996. Big Syke was always a solo artist before heeven met Tupac.... and when Tupac passed away, he went back to being a solo artist. Storm had a baby and is currently gearing up a return to the rap game. Kadafi was killed by Napoleon's cousin in New Jersey a few months after Tupac passed away in 1996. All past and current members all have one thing in common, and that is keeping Tupac's memory alive.
