THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
Greetings in the name of Yahshua Ha Mashiach! Some reasonings about who the Light of the World is. I hope you enjoy and please take heed to what I said here.
St. John 8:12
Then spake Yahshua again unto them, saying, I am the Light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
St. John 9:5
As long as I am in the world, I am the Light of the world.
Who does these scriptures refer to? The only Light of this World spoken of in the Bible is Yahshua Ha Mashiach! He is the Light of all earthly lights. We are lights but the Father, YHWH,, is the Greater Light of us & even the Messiah!
Isaiah 9:2
The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined.
He is the Light that Yahchanan(John) the Baptist spoke about in the Bible! St. John 1:5,8, and 9
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. He(Yahchanan the Baptist) was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
We see where Yahchanan was a great light.
St. John 5. "Ye sent unto Yahchanan, and he bare witness unto the truth.
But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved. He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light. (33-35)
We can also be lights of Yahwah, like Yahchanan became. We are His vessels and therefore we can shine our lights to others who are in darkness. But Yahshua came to shine that Light on us! That was His purpose to bring Elohiym's children out of the darkness and into the Light!
St. Matthew: 14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
So Yahshua acknowledges us as being lights of Him also. He shined His Light on us by the Father, and made our lights bright again! We have the privilege now to also shine our lights on others and make the bright with the Messiah!
H.I.M., a light of Elohiym.
I have heard T.T.I members salute, "Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who has been revealed to us in the personality of H.I.M. Haile Selassie I, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Conquering Lion of Judah, Elect of God, and tue Light of this World." Well, regardless of what they believe Yahshua is only our Ha Mashiach no one else. However, I do accept that Haile Selassie did shine a light on us, as being an instrument of the Most High. It was Selassie who came to bring us back to Yahshua. Bro. Marcel Zebulun said in the book Dread Jesus, that His Majesty is a light of Elohiym. His Imperial Majesty received the powers of the Greater Light, YHWH through Yahshua and shined that Light on us as well. But he couldn't do it himself, no he did it with the Powers of the Greater Light, Yahwah! Not only Haile Selassie and Yahchanan the Baptist can be lights but even us Yah's children! So let us shine our lights on others who are in the dark! Let them come out of the dark by our lights and by the powers of the Greater Light, YAHWAH!
Symbol of Yahshua the Light.
The scriptures say that Yahshua is the bright and morning star.
Revelations 22:16. "I Yahshua have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of Dawid, and the bright and morning star." What is the morning star? The Sun is the largest star in the solar system! Check this link here. sol
It is this greater light that Yah created in Genesis.
And the Elohiym said, Let there be light: and there was light. And He saw the light, that it was good: and Elohiym divided the light from the darkness. And Elohiym called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. (3-5)
And Yah said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. And Yah made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And Yah set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and Yah saw that it was good. (14-18)
Yahwah also created the moon with the sun. The moon was the lesser light. The moon also gives us some light from the sun.
The stars also receive light from the sun.
The sun gives us a lot of things. It gives us vitamins, energy, and a whole lot. Solar energy has done alot for the world. The scriptures also talk about the sun being the morning star. It is the morning star, for when we rise up in the morning the sun is there.
Ones have even said that lucifer, or the devil is the morning star. But no the morning star is the sun. The sun is indeed a symbol of YHWH! But Yahshua is the Bright and Morning Star.
YAHWAH, is even brighter than the Sun! The scriptures show us the significance that the sun has with Yahshua Ha Mashiach.
Malachi 4:2, " But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. "
The Son of YHWH, Yahshua Ha Mashiach, is being compared to the sun. The sun is a symbol & creation of YAHWAH the FATHER . We also need to know who the sun symbolises, the Son of YAH! I know that many have mistaken the sun for the Creator. There are African tribes who worship the sun instead of the Creator. For we even read in the Kebra Negast that the Queen of Sheba, worshipped the sun but King Shelomoh(Solomon) instructed her to not worship the creation, but the Creator! He asked her, "why do you worship the sun?" She said that the sun gives her energy and life, therefore it is our god. She asked him, "Who do you worship then, if not the sun?" As a Hebrew Israelite, Solomon said," I worship YAHWAH,(the Ancient & Sacred Name of the Creator in Hebrew) who created the sun, moon and the stars!" After hearing his wisdom, the Queen of Sheba returned to Ethiopia(biblical Kuwsh) and told ones about the true and Living Creator, and not His symbol, the sun.
The Ethiopians were known to be sun worshippers. Some still follow these practices but most accept Monotheism.(belief in One Deity) now. Many Kuwshites now worship the Creator of even the sun. For how can we worship the creation and not the Creator? We have to worship the Creator not the created! Sun worship is forbidden according to the Laws. I have to praise Yah over the sun what He created! The sun cannot give you life without Yah! Yes the sun heals but who gives the sun power to heal? YAHWAH El SHADDAI! It is Yah that shines the sun, the sun does not get life by itself but from Him! We have to worship Yah alone! He is the Greater Light of this World! Imagine how strong and bright the sun is, now imagine YAH? That is something to imagine indeed! I give thanks to Yahwah for shining His precious and beautiful Light on me to see the Truth for myself! I give Yah all the Glory! I thank you for your symbol, the sun. But I do not praise what you created but you YAHWAH, for you are my Creator only! YAHWAH is CREATOR of all living & celestial things!! He is FATHER of all Lights & Yahshua is Light of this World! Aman!
