a vibrational signal or vibration is attuned to at a distance the craft is then tuned to or se at that frequency or vibration of the targeted area or space,
and thus leaps forward thru a vibrational means to become part of that space at the targeted area. its normaly referred to as bending space or bending light!
but it actually accurs thru the process creating certain vibrations that are in correspondence with other frequencies at a distance and the 2 being merged together, essentialy a ufo is capable of grabbing at a distent point,
then reading the frequency at that point, then altering the frequency of the craft to become identical to that which was and in doing so,
it brings the craft almost instentaniously to that future or distant point, and at such a time, the frequency can be lowered so as to have third dimensional qualities.
