Heaven consists of 3 parts: 1st heaven, 2nd heaven, and 3rd heaven. The 3rd heaven is specifically mentioned by Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:2.
Logic alone dictates that if there is a 3rd heaven, then there must also be 2nd, and 1st heavens too. Without taking the dimensional/alternate planes aspect into consideration, 1st heaven is the sky above the Earth, and 2nd heaven is outer space.
