1. Keep to topic of Community Title;
2. Keep to topic of the "Thread Title and Subject" (which has to keep to the topic of the "Community Title");
3. No Pornography or sexually explicit remarks;
4. No "Advertisements" to promote areas that are not even relative to the Community Title. The Community is not an "advertisement zone", nor is it a "Commercial zone";
5. If a Member wishes to advertise their own Websites, they may do so in "MEMBERS' WEBSITES", located in the Left Navbar. If it is advertised on the Message Board(s), it will automatically be deleted.
6. "Links" that are posted by the Members that are relative to the "Thread Subject" being discussed, are ofcourse permitted;
7. No exessive profanity or defamatory remarks upon the members; No bashing the members. Flaming, ridicule, or any other personal or group related attacks are not permitted. Respect is compulsory at all times.
8. Due to the Community being an International site, many members will undoubtedly have their own "religious " beliefs. In the past, this Community witnessed a lot of inflammatory remarks and opinionated conflicts due to Religion.
As well, the Community is posted in the "SCIENCE CATEGORY" within the MSN structure, not "Religion".
Management believes that "Religious preferences" should be kept a private issue, and not used to proselytize another member's beliefs.
Any remarks or preaching posted with beliefs to any Religion in particular, will automatically be deleted.
Again, there will be no religious debate or terminology used. We all follow different faiths, and Management respects them all, but often religious terminology ends up creating anger, fear, or confusion from those who do not participate in that particular religion.
However, since the Community also researches the structure of Paranormality, spirituality by itself without involving any Religion-based topics, will be permitted.
eg. "I sensed the spiritual ambience around this ghost/entity to be as such...." or ".....as I was having an Obe experience, I encountered entities that seemed more spiritually evolved and enlightened with God-source energy....".
9. Absolutely no "hot-linking" or posting of copyrighted material (pictures, etc.) without the expressed written permission(s) of the site where the material was taken from.
10. Absolutely NO spam, pyramid schemes, soliciting or illegal activities are to be posted here.
11. No "high caps" in all threads or posts. It is considered a form of yelling, and is irritating to the reader(s).
12. For your own safety, please do NOT post any personal information about yourself and/or other members (phone number, address, name, etc.). There are many hackers out there and Management would like its members to feel safe from such threats.
13. No "BAITING" the members in a thread/post by luring them to your e-mail address. This is considered a form of "stalking" on the member's privacies.
eg. I have evidence of this. Just write to me.
Management has zero tolerance for members who join just to "lure" other members to disclose their e-mail addresses and then possibly "spam" them later on.
If the Members would like other Members to contact them, then they should include at the end of their post/message,
"Members can reach me via my Profile".

Note: Though Translation Services are offered within this International Community,
ENGLISH is the primary language to be written.
The "Translation Services" are offered SOLELY for "News Articles" in a different language (relative to the UFO & Paranormal domains) which the Members wish to share to the Community.
It is a Member's responsibility, who wishes to post any "News Articles" in a different language, to make certain that any News be translated into ENGLISH, out of respect for all other Community members.
Any language that is written on occasion that is "indecipherable", will automatically be removed from the Message Boards.
