Jim Rossi versus US Bancorp and the alleged corrupt judges of JoHo County

Rossi arrested at US Bank for refusing to give a 'second' fingerprint and claimed to uncover corruption

Jim Rossi v US Bank According to Rossi, the clerk asked if Rossi wanted to open a bank account with them. He said no, and told her why... in short, he doesn't trust banks. He told me that he thinks that she didn't like his answer and so decided to punish him

Convicted Barbecue Cook, Jim Rossi gets arrested today 9/14/99 at the US Bank in down town Grants Pass The charge: Criminal Trespass II ! ... he was paid by one of his auto repair customers with a US Bank check. He took it in to be cashed. Rossi provided all the required forms of proper identification, including a thumb print, but the teller taking the print allegedly failed to get a good one. She asked Rossi for another. He said, no-- one was enough. A bank official was called who told Rossi to step out of line. He said, no-- because he had followed all their procedures, submitted his thumbprint... so now he wanted their check honored so he could go about his business. Again he was told to step out of line or the bank would call the police....

Jim Rossi's 1.6 Billion dollar law suit v. US Bancorp The main issue in Rossi's suit is alleged sexual discrimination. Rossi has told me that he can prove that US Bank has cashed checks from non-account holders of the opposite sex. He asserts that this constitutes sexual discrimination. He also asserts that the local US Bank Manager* committed a federal criminal felony and that the arresting officers were advised of same when they arrested him but said that they did not enforce federal statutes

Jim Rossi's Saga continues to uncover judicial corruption ! Folks-- when Jim Rossi was arrested 9/14/99 for alleged Criminal Trespass II in the main branch of U.S.Bank, downtown Grants Pass, he had stumbled into the national KYC program goto which most citizens know nothing about. If they did know many might deeply resent it, or just get plain mad. Obviously in Rossi's case it had a profound impact upon his life. Yet, that was just the beginning of his many discoveries

Judge Sawyer threatens Jim Rossi with Jail for straight talk ! Jim Rossi appeared before Judge Sawyer in regards to D.D.A. Michael Sanchez's recent motion to suppress the means for Jim Rossi to defend himself in his coming trial (6/05/01) on the charge of Criminal Trespass II alleged by U.S.Bank. According to Rossi the motion as filed was an illegal instrument because it was not signed, only initialed, and did not meet the required form for such documents...naming D.D.A. Sanchez and Judge Sawyer, et al, as conspirators to obstruct justice and to deny him of due process, and other issues. Therefore, according to Rossi, Judge Sawyer should have recused himself. Judge Sawyer refused all of Rossi's protests and objections, and even threatened him with jail because he apparently was offended by what Rossi said and how he said it

Pam Hackett draws 5 days in jail for contempt of court by Judge Sawyer Jim Rossi appeared before Judge Sawyer to be sentenced. Rossi had filed various motions to set aside the jury verdict on a host of grounds. In particular he cited Sawyer's verdict "technically guilty" as a violation of statutory language in controlling statute ORS 36.455. Sawyer denied saying the word, "technically". The courtroom erupted into cries of " liar", "we heard you say it". Sawyer shrugged it off and said that Rossi had a hearing problem. This set the stage for the inevitable confrontation of the African-American mother of 6 children, Pam Hackett, and firebrand Judge Sawyer that occurred at the close of the official proceedings

Rossi vs Judge Sawyer, A Strange Biased Courtroom Drama Plays to a Select Audience Characters in the following real life play acted out their parts in the fourth courtroom upstairs in the Josephine County Courthouse, on June 5th and 6th, 2001. The names and individuals are real. Their resemblance to anyone else is purely coincidental ... Judge Loren L. Sawyer, James Rossi, Michael Sanchez, Lisa Looney, Pam Hackett and the Court House Attorneys

Senior Judge "Buzz" Sawyer vs JoCo's BBQ Bandit, Jim Rossi Jim Rossi's jury rendered their verdict (Wednesday 6/06/01) on his charge of alleged Criminal Trespass II violation at US Bank, main branch on 9/14/99. That is right, JoCo's version of a "speedy trial" ! Wait-- that is not the only peculiar element of this weird trial

Visiting Senior Judge Wayne Harris enters the Jim Rossi Saga Jim Rossi reprised the high lights of his case and gave "constructive notice" to the court regarding aiding & abetting the alleged crime perpetrated against him by Liza Looney, manager of the main branch of U.S.Bank, who had him arrested for Criminal Trespass II. Rossi explained that he had filed a R.I.C.O. case in federal court that named many court officials. He pointed at D.D.A. Michael Sanchez and said that he is a criminal and should be put in prison. Rossi enumerated the names of court officers and judges who were named in the R.I.C.O. suit and that more would be added to it. Judge Harris told Rossi that his remarks about R.I.C.O. could be construed as a threat against the bench unless a decision was rendered that Rossi liked. Rossi said that he did not care how the judge ruled as long as the law and the court rules were obeyed. He said that he did not want special treatment. He just wanted due process and lawful treatment. Judge Harris fumed and warned that if Rossi was threatening him with being added to the R.I.C.O. suit that he would have Rossi arrested

What did Jim Rossi's arrest at US Bank expose ? This: KYC - the "Know Your Customer" program: The "Know Your Customer" program is international in origin. It is being promoted by the international organization known as the "Financial Action Task Force" (FATF) in compliance with international treaties....However, non-compliance will result in ostracization from the global banking community. As this concept filters down, likewise bank customers who do not "volunteer" into the KYC program will be denied access to all banking-related services

Whose money is it The Bank's or yours ?
