"flysoup" or "olAl" a/k/a Allen Crise "A Hess" a/k/a Aron Hess I've been into fly fishing most of my life (23 yrs) but I've kind of fallen out of it for the last few years. I live in NW Oregon and fish for trout, steelhead and salmon, plus whatever else is around at the time. My mom tied while I was a young'un and I tied some very simple ones, but that was years ago. I'm trying to get her back into it because she was great at it, and I think we could sell a few on ebay and stuff. Her only excuse is "I don't have any peacock feathers" so I'm trying to round some up from the local farmers. Her and my favorite is the Royal Coachman/Wulff type, they catch anything around here. She was also good at tying the itty bitty ones like mosquitoes and nymphs... heck just about anything. Twice a year I go up to the north GA, S.C and N.C. mountains in search of them wary trout. I love the Chattooga River, Tallullah River, Mocassin Creek, Wildcat Creek, Coleman River etc. Not real good at it since I don't get to fish all that much up there since I don't live there but enjoy every cast. "Steven Berry" Being from Southern Indiana(Milltown), we have few trout and alot of panfish and bass, so i'll see if i can help :)(we have few trout here{There are some stocked places, but they are a decent ways away}.....and to clear up things up a little, panfish = bluegill, all sunfishes{except bass}, and pretty much anything that will fit in a pan ;)).
