Providence was proud to welcome Valdez into its family on January 1, 2005. The City of Valdez owns the medical facility and Providence now manages it on the city's behalf.
Providence Valdez Medical Center
Providence Valdez Medical Center provides quality health care to residents and visitors with an extensive array of local services. It’s an 11-swing bed facility located with a 10-bed long-term care facility. Providence Valdez Extended Care Center
This year, the facility has opened its new, state and Medicaid-licensed and federally certi?ed 10-bed nursing home. Providence Valdez Behavioral Health provides compassionate behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults. The center consists of a psychiatrist, licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists, professional therapists, certified drug counselors, and case managers. |
