Seeing Auras

Stand the subject eighteen inches in front of a plain, white background.
Have the person relax and breathe deeply.  For best viewing, you need to be at least
ten feet away, and the lights should not be too bright or focused directly on the subject.
Natural lighting is best.  The technique for viewing the aura requires that you look past the
head and shoulder area.  Focus on the wall behind the subject.  As you stare past the outline of the body, you will very quickly notice a fuzzy white or grayish silver envelope surrounding the body.  It almost looks like a light is behind the person, pointing up.
Then most probably it will disappear.  This is because the natural reaction of most people as they first see this envelope is to inadvertently change their focus to the person and not continue to stare at the wall.  As soon as you go back to focusing on the backround, the envelope will reappear.  You must train your eyes not to revert to normal focus - that is the hardest thing to learn.  One you have mastered retaining your focus through the person, you will notice that colors, shapes, rays, and even secondary auric fields will be readily visible.

A definition of the Aura :   A single- or multi- colored light produced
by heat energy and electromagnetic energy that emenates off the body
of all things.  It is a psychic field of energy surrounding both animate and
inanimate bodies.  The reading of auras has been practiced since ancient
times and is known to all cultures.  Used for analyzing hidden charecter traits,
diagnosing illness and disease, and prognostication.
