My Friends and M.E

Since the onset of M.E, relationships have been put under great pressure, sometimes making them better sometimes making them worse. This section is for my friends, things about them or what they have written.

Introduction

I fell ill in '02, i disappeared from school, and the weeks gradually passed and i still didnt appear. Many phone calls were recieved, and emails and texts. I still didnt go back. Their concern grew, and eventually they began to realise i wasnt going to return for a while.

I had quite a few friends, some closer than others. We always stuck together in a big group. My closest friends being Queenie (Laura), Dabz (David), Kaz (Karen), Jen (Jenny B), Jenny (Jenny M), Den (Denille), Vikki and of course Ry (Ryan).

We always used to panic when one person disappeared for the day, but when one went for a few weeks, its was horrid. I dont know how they felt, i only know they didnt really understand what M.E was, apart from my sister had it, and Kaz knew somebody with it.

I was the smiley happy mad Lu, and id disappeared. Rumours around school were i was dead.
