You are Helping

 

To help M.E, is like helping an individual person with M.E. Not only that but its deeply touching to know that somebody cares about M.E greatly. A new individual helping with M.E, 'pays it forward' to help many others.

There are many charities throughout the world, which raise money for various illness'/dieseases and many other things, but despite there being many people with M.E, there are not many M.E charities. This meaning we have to raise enough money for those few charities, to 'put out' to needy people.

To help; you dont need to give money or raise it - although this would be a great thing. Just tell people what it is, awareness is one of the first steps to helping. the more who know, the more who may understand, the better possibility we have of making a change.
