We enjoy sharing our knowledge and enthusiasm for amateur astronomy with people of all ages.  We offer educational programs to the residents of Island County on a variety of subjects including astronomy basics, telescopes, the constellations, galaxies, nebulas and more.  ICAS is a member of the NASA Night Sky Network, a national coalition of amateur astronomical clubs that participate in public outreach.

During the 2003-2004 school year ICAS members gave presentations to students at South Whidbey Primary School, South Whidbey Elementary School, Olympic View Elementary School, Oak Harbor Middle School and North Whidbey Middle School.
