This one deserves its own entry. Finding dingbat/wingding/webding symbolic fonts can be really hard using conventional searches and alphabetic lists. These guys don't have thousands of fonts but they do have nice character sets to preview and the fonts are freeware without the hassles/misdirection of some bigger sites.

These fonts, are sorted alphabetically, or by their date that they were published, there are lots of them, you may use them on graphic programs to design Cooler Logos.
