Scotland Yard vroeg of we u wilden contacteren op het moment dat u verslag uitbrengt over de zaak Dutroux, en u te willen informeren over de wijze waarop de netwerken door de Belgische overheid worden 'aangepakt'.

Le réseau CRIES ressortant des CD-ROMS de Zandvoort, comprend une liste de pédocriminels jalousement gardé par les autorités belges. Pourtant, le dénommé Bert MEIER s’y trouve: un criminel ultérieurement recherché pour le meurtre d’un bébé de deux ans dans le nord de l’angleterre. Récemment arrêté en France en possession de photos du réseau pédocriminel de Zandvoort, il est extradé et incarcéré à Zurich pour le kidnapping d’un enfant en Suisse.

Marcel Vervloesem, l’enquêteur principal du Werkgroep Morkhoven qui a remis le matériel pédo- pornographique aux autorités, est poursuivi par l’état belge pour entrave à la vie privé des criminels en fuite, publication de photos sur un site avec lequel il n’a aucune relation contractuelle et d’autres cabales.

Il ressort d'une réponse du ministre de la justice à une question parlementaire, que le 10 mars 2004, le tribunal de Turnhout  jugera dans deux salles différentes et à la même heure, d’une part la cabale contre Marcel Vervloesem et d’autres part, la suite donnée aux CD-ROMS de Zandvoort. Les audiences se dérouleront en néerlandais.

Sur les sites, vous trouverez plusieurs autres dossiers semblables, dont un montage de la photo 129 du CD-ROM de Zandvoort qui fait apparaître un garçon avec le visage de la jeune Katrien De Cuyper, enlevée et assassinée à Anvers en 1991. L’affaire sera classée sans suite sur base du montage. Fin janvier 2004, l’analyse scientifique effectuée par les partenaires de la Fondation Princesse de Croÿ démontre que l’enfant était bien Katrien De Cuyper.

The network CRIES arising from the CD-ROMS of Zandvoort, includes a list of paedophile jealously kept by the Belgian authorities. Yet, the Bert MEIER is named in it: a criminal later wanted for the murder of a two year old baby in the north of England. Recently arrested in France in possession of photographs of the Zandvoort paedophile network, he was extradited and imprisoned in Zurich for the kidnapping of a child in Switzerland.

Marcel Vervloesem, the principal investigator of Werkgroep Morkhoven who handed over the pedo- pornographic material to the authorities, is pursued by the Belgian state for intrudung in the life private of who have not been arrested yet, for the publication of photographs on a site with which he does not have any contractual relation and other cabals.

As from the answer of the Minister if Justice to a parliamentary question, March 10, 2004, it appears that the tribunal of Turnhout will judge in two different court rooms and at the same time, on the one hand the cabal against Marcel Vervloesem and other share, the action taken on the CD-ROMS of Zandvoort. The audiences will proceed in Dutch.

On the sites, you will find several other similar files, of which a photomontage of the picture 129 of CD-ROM of Zandvoort which reveals a boy with the face of the young Katrien De Cuyper, kidnapped and Murdered in Antwerp in 1991. The case was closed on the basis of the photomontage. At the end of January 2004, the scientific analysis carried out by the partners of the Foundation Princess of Croÿ shows that the child was well Katrien De Cuyper.

La rete CRIES che si evince dai CD-ROMS di Zandvoort, comprende una lista di  pedocriminali gelosamente custodita dalle autorità belghe. Pertanto, il sopranominato Bert MEIER ci si ritrova dentro: un criminale ulteriormente ricercato per la morte di un bambino di due anni nel nord dell'inghilterra. Recentemente è stato arrestato in Francia in possesso di foto della rete pedocriminale di Zandvoort, inoltre è stato estradato ed incarcerato a Zurigo per il rapimento di un bambino in Svizzera.

Marcel Vervloesem, l'inquirente principale del Werkgroep Morkhoven che ha portato il materiale pedo- pornografico alle autorità, è stato incriminato dallo stato belga per intralcio alla vita privata di criminali in fuga, publicazione di foto su un sito col quale egli non ebbe mai alcuna relazione contrattuale ed altre menzogne.

Sorge da una risposta  del ministro della giustizia ad una domanda Parlamentare:  il 10 marzo 2004, il tribunale di Turnhout giudicherà in due sale differenti ed alla stessa ora da una parte le messainscena contro Marcel Vervloesem e da un altra parte,il seguito concesso ai CD-ROMS di Zandvoort. Le udienze si svolgeranno in olandese.

Sui siti, voi ritrovate un gran numero di dossier molto simili,di cui un montaggio della foto 129 del CD-ROM di Zandvoort che fa comparire un ragazzo con  i suoi attributi maschili,ma col visoche è quello della giovane Katrien De Cuyper, rapita ed assassinata ad Anversa nel 1991.Il caso sarà archiviato senza seguito sulla base del fotomontaggio architettato. Fin dal gennaio 2004, l'analisi scientifica effettuata da collaboratori della Fondazione Principessa de Croÿ dimostra che il ragazzo è invece senza alcun dubbio Katrien De Cuyper.

Inleiding

Het pedocrimineel netwerk CRIES waarnaar ook op de CD-ROMS van het pedocrimineel netwerk 'Zandvoort' wordt verwezen, omvat een lijst van pedocriminelen die de Belgische overheid angstvallig voor zich houdt. Op deze lijst staat nochthans een zekere Bert MEIER vermeld: een misdadiger die intens werd gezocht voor de moord op een tweejarige baby uit noord-Engeland. Meier werd zopas in Frankrijk aangehouden en bleek in het bezit te zijn van foto's die deel uitmaken van de CD-ROMS Zandvoort. Hij werd op vraag van de Zwitserse politie aan de Zwitserse
Justitie uitgeleverd en zit momenteel opgesloten in de gevangenis van Zürich voor de kidnapping van een zwitsers kind.

Marcel Vervloesem, de Morkhoven-onderzoeker die de CD-ROMS aan de autoriteiten overhan-digde, wordt door de belgische Staat
intussen vervolgd voor de zogenaamde schending van het privé-leven van vluchtende misdadigers, voor de publicatie van de foto’s van kinderpornoslachtoffertjes op een nederlandse website waarmee hij geen enkele contractuele verbintenis heeft en voor tal van lasterlijke aanklachten.  Marcel Vervloesem vernam in een antwoord op een parlementaire vraag die aan de belgische minister van Justitie werd gesteld dat de rechtbank van Turnhout op 10 maart 2004, in twee verschillende zalen en op hetzelfde uur zal oordelen: 1) over de lasterlijke klachten waarvan hij het slachtoffer is 2) over het 'onderzoek' dat inzake de CD-ROMS 'Zandvoort' zou gevoerd zijn.

Op de onderstaande websites, zult u nog andere soortgelijke dossiers vinden. Op de website vind u: 1) foto nr. 129 van de CD-ROMS   'Zandvoort'. 2) een fotomontage van een jongenslichaam met daarop het gezicht van Katrien De Cuyper, het meisje dat in 1991 vermoord  werd weergevonden te Antwerpen. Deze zaak werd -zonder dat men rekening hield met de montage- zonder vervolg geklasseerd maar eind vorige maand (januari 2004), wees een wetenschappelijke analyze uitgevoerd door de partners van de Stichting Prinses de Croÿ, uit dat het
meisje op de foto wel degelijk Katrien De Cuyper was.
