Dear Tea ~

Don't steep~a~me waiting!

Well, now, if you think I have a thing just for coffee.....think again!  My passion for  the unending varieties and combinations of teas is just as intense!  What a playground for the senses.  It is said that
certain smells are able to stimulate memory like nothing else.  The tickle your nostrils enjoy with a whiff of freshly brewed tea is like none other...you can almost taste the aroma!

Black, red, brown, green....caffienated or decaf....herbals: grass, root, bark, blossom...Oh! lest we not forget ....Spice!  It soothes and comforts, frolicks through your daydreams, can help you sleep or perk you up, eases so many things...........OMG!  There is a lifes work just in teas alone!

Long before I even knew what "herbology" was, I was combining this and that from the yard or the woods to fix a constant leak in Major Pains' rump or  calm a sour bellyache...just like my grandmother and my mother did before me.  I never thought fiddle-dee-sticks about it being anything scientific!  LOL!  Sure, I knew it was part of our 'way' and all but, it just felt more like second nature and common sense to me......eh, and, sometimes, a little trial and error, too!

Oh, shoot!  To make a long story a short one....I just 'matured' into the finer points of tea - dom!

There is always something to fit my mood and/or needs.  There are many herbal blends I love and Chai is a favorite, too.

It is a fascinating trip traveling the tea road!
