If you are dealing with a presence in your home and would like to try to calm or quiet the activity, here are some solutions . You should not have to go thru all of these. One or two of them should do the trick;
* Speak to the spirit, out loud so that it can hear you. Tell it that you wish for it to go away.Let it know it bothers you by being there. Some may not listen at first, but continue this and they will get the point.
* Say a prayer, a chant or a banishment ritual. Whatever your religion specifies you to do.
* Burn incence. Sage is most recomended ( found at any health food store) Burn the sage and walk around the facinity. Make sure to cover the entire surounding with the smoke, rooms, closets, attics ect..
* Sprinkle sea salt on your window sills and door way. Any catholic priest can bless it for you. Ghosts will not cross over this salt.
* Holy water is another method that works. You can ask your local catholic priest for a small amount. When entering each rooms dip your fingers in the water and make the sign of the cross in the doorway of each room making sure to let water splash alittle. At the same time repeat this, "I bless this house in the name of all that is holy and banish this evil spirit from here"
If these do not work for you, you may consider asking a priest to come in and bless the home. You can also have a psychic or medium come into the home to contact these spirits and find out what they are there for and maybe that will give you a clue as to how to help them to pass thru.
