I have a couple Grizzly tools, and I can recommend them. My only caveat is I buy the middle model of their range, or above. At the very bottom model in their line, caveat emptor (let the buyer beware).

Jet Tools site. Imported, high-end tools. They are not as discount priced as they once were, but very good quality. I have some Jet tools (lathe, drill press). Note this is an information only site, as they don't sell tools online.

Get help with any problem you are having using the MSN Communities site, e.g. trouble downloading chat control, unable to post messages, etc. Of course, ask your fellow Woodworking members first, but then escalate to the support community if you need more help (or if you are just too embarassed to ask here )
