3. Make the Link field "hot" (clickable by readers of the list) by using the Insert Link feature at the far right edge of the window when you are adding a link. (the icon looks like a globe with a link of chain in the bottom corner). When the little form comes up, enter the Web Address (http://...) and the Display Text (what will actually be displayed in the Link column), then click Insert Link when done. Try to keep the Link text short and sweet.
