Educational Rights of the Young Person with
CFS/CFIDS

These children face many educational difficulties. The symptoms vary from child to child. They vary in intensity. The symptoms fluctuate at their own pace. The children themselves cannot predict what task they will be able to accomplish from moment to moment. Some of these children's symptoms are severe enough to need special services from their school system. I have provided some links with information dealing with Special Education Laws in general and only pertaining to the YPWC.
