Note: This is a non-profit game made only for human enjoyment. This site makes no money or steals any intellectual property. It simply uses a blend of mechanics similar to the Battletech RPG system and the White Wolf system to present game mechanics for a zoids based game. Don't sue me, I spent all my money on zoids models. 07/27/02 - Most of you dont know this, but my laptop with all the rules and work on this game is in the shop right now, and I'm forced to use the desktop computer that I normally only play games on. This means that I won't easily be available for contact on the game. I only recently re-set up my e-mail on this computer and downloaded the messages that I let slide for nearly a week. If anybody is ready to battle, e-mail the list, and hopefully theu guy in charge will take care of it.. Make sure you put the title as "Ready For Battle" or something similar, because I get a lot of e-mail and if I dont see it as viable, I will delete it on sight. As I said before, make sure you have an accepting opposing team, and completed character sheets with everything, including backgrounds filled in. 07/19/02 - Okay, for the battle signup. I firstly wanted to let you know that you should find your opponent (thats why it pays to fill in the E-mail Address part of your warrior registration) and sign up on the Zoid Match Signup FIRST. Then go and contact me via E-Mail. Also, I expect any one or teams that are going to enter a match to have a valid character sheet and warrior registration. If you don't then I wont ref your battle, and it wont happen. So please do this. No one wants to get the online battles started more than I.
07/04/2002 - I finished the sample character sheet. It can be downloaded from the Documents section of the site.
07/03/2002 - Okay, due to the fact that there is at least one guy who can't understand my character creation page, I re-did it so it provides a step-by-step instruction of everything that you have to fill in on your character sheet. Please don't let it be said that I wasted over a hour of my time (which I could have spent playing Neverwinter Nights, cleaning my armor, or watching anime) and for those of you who haven't read the instructions yet, or can't understand the instructions I presented, READ THAT PAGE. It's under the Character Creation area. 07/03/2002 - I hope everyone reads that character creation section and creates a character, so we can finally start hosting battles. 7/02/2002 - If you didn't know, all you have to read is the Character Creation area. It may ask you to get references from charts in the Game rules, though. It's painless, I promise! Oh, and if anyone has problems understanding the character creation, or regular rules (for those adventurous enough to read them), simply ask in the message board. Oh, and once again. Pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease fill in your backgrounds! You can't even choose your zoid if you dont have your backgrounds filled in! Don't know what backgrounds are? Then read the Character Creation section.
07/02/2002 - Oh, all you blade and cpc fans are going to be cheering now. I reviewed the information in the game stats for some weapons, and found it inconsistant with the show. And as some of you know, this game is based on the show. (Note: I base this game off of Chaotic Century / Guardian Force for those were the best/most scientifically plausible shows in the series) Therefore, I have changed the rules for blades, claws and charged particle cannons. They now do a lot more damage. You might want to check on your weapons/zoid configuration in the stat sheets again.
07/02/2002 - You people make me a happy man. I still haven't finished working on the rules for air combat, especially due to the big rule problems in the huge speed differentiation of air and ground units, and no one uses air units! Woohoo! Keep it up! |
