Hmm... these albums are very similar from the font to the colors.

The Distillers' album was designed by Tim Presley who was formerly of the Nerve Agents and now darkermylove.
Incubus' was done by Brandy Flower who has done cover art for bands like Alice in Chains.

I can't believe someone who did cover art for Alice in Chains would sink so low to copy another band's art.

Now what does this prove?
