Black Belt of Karate is the only Traditional Korean (Tang Soo Do) Martial Art full time school in Canada. Black Belt of Karate is dedicated to maintaining Traditional Tang Soo Do at its highest possible calibre and advancing the most important factor of the Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do:

That of a proper training attitude of its membership that embraces a strong martial arts spirit and discipline that incorporates respect for others and pursues the technical principles of the following FCTSD, CTSDA & ATA/UTC Tang Soo Do Organization - recognized world-wide as the National Governing Body for Traditional Tang Soo Do here in Canada.

The mission of Black Belt of Karate here in Canada is to promote Tang Soo Do as way of life; to promote Traditional Korean martial art and to support the development of individual members' physical, mental and spiritual well-being through their participation in Traditional Tang Soo Do activities and events.
