Subject: RE: Looking for Swifler Jet MSDS

I am looking for the MSDS info on two products:

Melaleuca Tub 'n Tile (the company refuses to give it out; says home business & they do not have to)

And Swifler Jet

I checked the site on home products.  Neither is listed there

I also couldn't get the Swifler Jet info off of their site ... just goes round & round & does not tell you

Thank you for your inquiry to CDC-INFO. In response to your request for information on Material Safety Data Sheets for household cleaning products, we are pleased to provide you with the following referral.

A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is a fact sheet developed by manufacturers describing the chemical properties of a product. The National Institutes of Health National Library of Medicine (NLM) maintains the Household Products Database that links over 6,000 consumer brands to health effects from Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). You can search the database at:
http://householdproducts.nlm.nih.gov/index.htm

Information about the health effects of hazardous substances is available on the CDC's Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry at:
http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/toxfaq.html

Thank you for contacting the
CDC-INFO Contact Center. Please do not hesitate to call 1-800-CDC-INFO, e-mail cdcinfo@cdc.gov, or visit www.cdc.gov if you have any additional questions.

CDC-INFO is a service of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Melaleuca tub…  :          I cannot find an MSDS anywhere.  You might try something else though: http://www.ansci.cornell.edu/plants/
