Currently for sale. Author of two books: When Your Perfect Partner Goes Perfectly Wrong and GetOut of Your Boxx! ... Co wrote "First Generation"- Based on a true story of the battle between two western towns in Kansas over the county seat. Story set in early 1800s. "Mad Lizards of the Amazon Moon"- Action adventure comedy.Two friends from opposite end of the success spectrum leave there current frustrating positions in life to seek one last adventure before they must settle down. This is great and needs to find a home. "A Prairie Tale"- Story about a tiny ultra -redneck Oklahoma town, where softball is entirly too significant. The town is thrown into a comical quandry after rumors circulate that the town's all-time golden boy athlete, and his equally-studly former college teammate, might be gay. " 21 Tracks to Glory"- Based on a true story, is a work in progress about a Basketball dynasty in a small town in Kansas.The story focuses on a Twenty-year period from the 30s to the 50. From the dust-bowl thru WWII, and follows the life of an athlete who never should have survived his first few years of life, but overcame enormous adversity to become the person and the player he was. Two more outlines in progress one a terrorist theam where I get to torture and kill Bruce Dern after what he did to John Wayne in "The Cowboys". The second is kind of a kids adventure about discovery and travel.

JD is a creative scriptsmith and filmmaker who founded his own production company, American Outback Filmworks in Santa Fe in 1994. His work is best characterized as having strong, well-drawn human characters iin visually stimulating settings. He has been writing screenplays for over 25 years and has a BA from the University of Utah in Film Production. Works include:
Santa Fe Tales (1996) - An "anthology" film showing five interconnected tales of Santa Fe, NM a.k.a "The City Different". Optioned in 1997, the "artist" who optioned the script defaulted on the very first payment.
'92 Cool (1999) - A scathing black comedy about pop culture, the music biz and the society the worships them both. Mr. Gandley produced and directed this script using mostly volunteer talent infront and behind the camera.
Iowa St. Revisited (2000) - A script about late-1980s hipsters and neo-Deadheads confronting the trials of turning *gasp* 30-something!
Uzzah's Wells (2005) - Co-Written with his brother, Tom, "Uzzah's Wells" is a drama set in the ficticious town of Uzzah's Wells, Colorado in the summer of 1932. A Dustbowl/Depression-era story, UW combines the humanity of Steinbeck with the intrigue and complexity of a Hitchcock classic. Currently in developement by American Outback Filmworks.

First one-act called "Ropes and Tangles" and is about a mother trying to get social workers to give her goth daughter an exorcism. Needless to say, it is absurdist humor. Performed May 10-12 2006 at Monarch High School in Louisville, CO. Second is a parody of the Arthurian legend, "A Kingdom Forever" Performed Sept. 9th 2006 at the Dairy Center for the Arts along with a collection of 2 other one-acts I wrote. "Repressing Mother" is another play performed with "A Kingdom Forever" at the Dairy. It's a psychological dark comedy about the relationship between a crazy mother and an even crazier son. "Solution" is the last one-act I wrote, also performed wtih "A Kingdom Forever" and "Repressing Mother" at the Dairy. It is a twisting, spiraling, mentally-dilapidated story about the ambiguity and uncertainty evident in all humans. "I Miss You, Dignity" is the first real screenplay I wrote. My theatre company, Mad Experiments Theatre, is currently filming it. The entire movie, all 90 minutes, will be premiering May 19, 2007. Expect a trailer to appear sometime around March. The plot follows the fallible choices of Malcolm Fall, who recently graduated from high school and is in conflict with his dreams from his past and his dreams for the future, made even more complicated with a love triangle. Starring Erik Olson and Aylia Colwell.

I am a screenwriter who understands formatting and am a tireless researcher who is very well read. I have written two screenplays based on novels, neither produced. I have no problem seeing how to configure another's work into screenplay form, yet I have a blind spot objectifying my own material. If you are the author of a novel or a well-developed treatment who, because of your own blind spot, can't get the creative wheels spinning in a screenplay direction, I may be able to. Let me know. I am not a crank and am very serious about this. My email address is yarnspin@yahoo.com. Thanks!

Terrence Howard, nominated for both a Golden Globe and an Oscar in 2006, will be forming a writing partnership with Peter in order to create a theatrical drama feature, for which Terrence will star and produce.
Peter’s comedy, The Meshugana Brothers: Easy Money, was awarded an Honorable Mention in the 2005 Thunderbird International Film Festival Screenplay Competition.

| {Samples of my video work are on Ourstage.com under Landon Productions} {Also: http://www.youtube.com/v/epRNZbPfL7A}
I've worked in Arizona on location shoots as an extra, actor, pa, and at PBS (studio cameras).
From 9/04 to 1/06 worked at CATV Boulder, Colorado where I produced/directed/videotaped/edited (on FCP) my shows and other producers' shows. I have a music series titled, "There's Something Going On In Boulder" and an animal rights series titled, "For The Animals". Due to the quality of my work I was given permission to tape Fleetwood Mac, Little Feat, and The Allman Brothers in concerts, but majority of performers were traveling/local musicians.
On many occasions was told by station manager and other producers my work was of exceptional quality and some of the best-produced and worth-watching programs aired there.
Now work at BTV-54 (CATV's reincarnation). Continuing with my shows and writing/producing/directing short films. I have written approximately 20 feature-length screenplays and adaptations. As a result of an adaptation (see below) I've been recommended as screenwriter for Hollywood feature-film based on a former Hollywood actor's non-fiction story. I've recently been given the rights to the book I adapted and am now shopping this adaptation (the one that got me recommended to screenwrite the film mentioned above). Will relocate for permanent work.
