I don't know if this would help, but I resubmitted some of my rebates and guess what, not all of them made it to Cyberrebate. I scanned ineverything I sent including the envelope and Rebate forn. I believe that they were intentionally losing rebates. Email me at mulhollandj@hotmail.com if you they would do any good.

View the details of this row. Biggest Internet Scam

I hope that the DA files a Class Action Lawsuit against Cyberrebate’s management. These guys are good, so good thatif they can disappear without a trace. No one will ever find them. They are "The Champ of Scam Artist." They know how to maneuver around the LAW, shutdown their website by asking for bankruptcy protection, disconnect customer service phone line, move to a new location, and refused to accept return merchandises. Consumers lost millions $$$. They know it all along that their business model isn’t working. Beginning in Feb.-Mar, they start to offer $10-$20 coupons(you get $$$ and free stuff too), big ads to promote “FREE STUFF”, to get everyone into this mousetrap.

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Evidence:

1) Price the electronics, DVDs, CDs, etc 10 times of what average retailers sells

2) Bought the product for $100.0 or less

Sold the product for $1000.00 (promised rebate (debt) $1000.00)

Therefore, the Debt is exaggerated, taking in millions of $$$$$ charge through most Credit Cards

3) Send you email confirmations: “FREE after REBATE” so that you come back for more.

4) Delay Rebate checks, now filed Bankruptcy Protection, no checks will be issue.

Here is the best part, they broke the purchase agreement by not fulfilling the REBATE, but they want to keep and impose the “30 days return policy,” Isn’t that a joke? They want to keep the best part of the agreement so that no customers will return any merchandise. In my opinion, once they broke the purchase agreement, all terms are invalid. We can return all the merchandises without any restrictions on “return policy.”

View the details of this row. CR Employees as Affiliates
Employees were permitted by CR management to enroll as affiliates and to supplement their salary with nice commissions. Treatment of employee submissions should be looked into. Somehow I think they never had any problems with lost mail, missed UPCs or improperly filled submissions.
This information is per Sim Fuld in affiliate department (as of 11/2000)

Breach of Contract CR accepted and processed my order on 11th May 2001 (at the time of purchase the site said the rebate forms will be available on the site after 5 days) fully well knowing that they R going bankrupt in 5 days(i.e. on 16th May 2001). I recieved a box on , 17thMay 2001 ,when I visited the site to get my rebate forms, there was the bankruptcy declaration. They promised me rebates forms that they didn't give .The order package is yet unopened ,lying exactly as UPS delivered.I did not even get my rebate forms on the day they were supposed to be there, aren't the rebate form and the services a part of the agreement,How can they violate it and get away with it? heman
View the details of this row. Error in billing charge description: "Inbound Teleservices".
My Feb. 6, 2001, CR charge statement shows the company name "ERG CORP".

But one problem is a very strange error in the general merchandise description,
on this credit charge statement of "Inbound Teleservices", when it should be
showing "Merchandise" instead.

My other charge to CRC*CR... ( whom I also never heard of ) shows
correctly a description as "Merchandise", for a different purchase date.

Maybe "Inbound Teleservices" means that CR is playing telepathic mind games,
and they are using this for purposes of telepathic hypnotic influence of
inbounding the cash to themselves, from all the lies that they have tele-
told everyone.

OKAY I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WILL HELP BUT MY FIRST ORDER WAS DONE ON 1/08/01. I SENT IN THE ASKED FOR PAPERWORK, CHECKING IT TWICE. WHEN I WENT IN ON THE SITE IT STATED THAT REBATE PENDING, I CONTACTED THEM FOR THE REASON WHY IT WAS NOT BEING PROCESSED, THEY MADE ME REDO PAPERWORK AND NOW I KNOW THAT THE REASON WAS THAT THEY WERE PUSHING THE DATE OF MY REBATE CHECK OUT SO THAT IT WOULD NOT BE SENT BEFORE THEIR BANKRUPTCY.

THIS IS THE ONE ITEM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY PROVIDIAN DID NOT EVEN PLACE IN DISPUTE PENDING ANY INVESTIGATION BUT JUST SENT ME A LETTER STATING THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND THEN NEVER CONTACTED ME AND WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY THEN STATED THE 60 DAY RULE. SO NOT ONLY DID I GET THE RUN AROUND ONCE FROM CYBERREBATE, I ALSO GOT IT FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

View the details of this row. Rebate shows expired
"New" account record shows rebates expired on 4 "lost" orders. (lost during software upgrade period) Site states this info was current as of May 16th. My rebates were not to expire until May 31. I was resubmitting when they went bankrupt. I also had charges to Elliot Plotnick, whom I did not otherwise payment to.
