Graphics like the one above are easy to add to your messages.
When you find one you want to use, right click on it and click save as and save it on your machine. DO NOT click copy. Then go to your photo album here at EKAA, or any other MSN community that you belong to, and upload the picture from your computer. Now you can use it in any of your MSN communities by opening a message window and clicking on the picture icon. Then select the appropriate album and click on the picture that you want to add.
The reason for using save as instead of copy and paste is that you are stealing bandwidth from the website that is supplying the image if you copy it. When you copy and paste, you are really just copying the URL of the picture, not the picture itself. Any time the picture is viewed, that machine connects back to the orginal website to get it. Those websites pay for those connections. If you save it to your machine, you are saving the actual picture. When you upload it to your album, it is saved on MSN's server. Then when it is viewed, it is MSN's server that supplies the picture, not the original website.
Where do you get clipart and animated graphics?
There are thousands of sites to get these from. If you want animations, type animated gif in your browser or search engine. You will get lots of referrals. If you want clipart, just type in clipart and you will get clipart referrals.
One easy place to start is at MSN's clipart gallery. It has clipart, animations, and sounds. Go here. http://dgl.microsoft.com/
If you would like to make banners, there are a number of places but here are two that I like.
