30MB Free Web Space. Another option for all you web makers. Just came across this one, so have't had time to really check it out.

 Found this site browsing. Seems pretty easy and offers 20 megs of free space. You have to look for the free homepage link though.

Hot yellow 98 is a free site( 5 meg's) with many great grafix's and simple drag and drop page setup. Free simple membership  form.

Tripod 

Tripod has its own simple web page tools. You get 11 meg free. For a little $$ they'll kill the ads and double the web space. Tripod supports FrontPage extensions (including v.2000).
