DescriptionCustard PieIngredients Custard Pie Ingrediants. 3 c flour, 2 c sugar,(white boys oops white sugar!) 6 tsp baking powder or baking soda 3 eggs 100g butter 3 Tbs of custard 2.5 c of milk
Custard Pie
Ingrediants.
3 c flour,
2 c sugar,(white boys oops white sugar!)
6 tsp baking powder or baking soda
3 eggs
100g butter
3 Tbs of custard
2.5 c of milk
Procedure1.Mix flour and Baking powder in a bowl,make sure not the yaqona bowl! 2.In another bowl mix butter ,sugar and egg togther untill thelumps of butter have all disolved. 3.Then place the liquid mixture into the flour and mix with both hands not the spoon. Continue this untill the flour looks golden and has a moist texture. 4.Butter the bottom of the tray,so the pie won't stick 5.Line the tray with the pie mixture make sure there are no gaps. 6.Use a fork to flatten the middle and line the sides of the pie to make fork marks. 7.Don't forget to poke little fork holes so that the air can get into the pie. 8.Place pie in the overn on 150 degress celcius 9. COOK UNTILL PIE IS NICE AND GOLDEN BROWN 10.When pie is ready place on bench to cool and then prepare custard. 11.Mix milk in a pan till its boiling or bubbly and get custard and add in make sure pre-mix custard in a bowl with water before adding into milk. when custard and milk thickens,pour on top the pie.Leave to cool for 5 mins THen eat this baby with a nice Bilo tea.....
