Preferrable files are : midi, and wav. MP3 can also be uploaded. Please note that when you add a file your file storage space (on MSN groups) decreases.

Its up and running but needs a bit of maintenance.
You will need a mic connected to your computer to spit your flows or talk but anyone with speakers or earphones can tune in.
Also voice chat and video conferencing so if you want to talk to Fijians over the net for free use voice chat and a webcam if you have one.
