Four to five times a year we publish a newsletter that provides updates on the activities of the program, information about the Rug Show and Sale, Semi-Annual Food Runs, the Classroom Grandmother Program, and For the Children Program. The newsletter always contains many photos of the activities of the Program and often excerpts of letters we have received from Elders in the Program. Our newsletter subscription and Program donation lists are never sold or rented to any other organization or entity.

NISBA will manifest consideration of the whole person taking into account the spiritual, mental physical and cultural aspects for the person within the family and Tribal or Alaska Native village contexts. NISBA's vision is to achieve Indian control in all matters relating to Indian education through well-trained school board members and parent committees working in cooperation with their respective tribal governments.
