The two master bedrooms have king size beds, dressers, TVs and en-suites which lead out to the patio deck. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a queen size bed, TV and adjoining bathroom. With a view across the pool the lounge is tastefully decorated in warm colours and furnished in Floridan style. For your comfort the interior of the villa is fully air conditioned or heated as required for your stay. The 3 seater sofa  will convert easily to a queen sleeper to accomodate an extra 2 guests. The lounge is fully equipped with a TV,DVD player and CD stereo system, the cable service is provided with a wide choice of chanels for all ages.The kitchen includes fridge/freezer with icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, can-opener, kettle, pots and pans. There is a beautiful dining area with 6 place settings and an additional nook to seat 6 more. For your laundry requirements a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing are also included. To the rear of the property is a screened pool and spa on a conservation area for maximum privacy. For those warm evening around the pool there is seating for 6 with a table and lighting provided for the lanai and deck area. Two sets of linen and towels are provided for 12 guests, pool towels are also provided and there are hairdriers in the 2 master bathrooms. The garage has been converted into a games room which includes a full size pool table, air hockey, cable tv and a PS2 games console. PLEASE NOTE this home is non smoking and we do not allow pets.
