It is my Opinion: Many Insurance Companies, Lawyers and Pharmacies work together to get the largest amount of money they can, without allowing it to go to the Injured; I suspect them of Twisting and Skewing the medical reports to fool the Judge; Skew and Alter the Adjustments of testing equipment to favor the Insurance Company that your Injury is not as serious as it really is or that it may not exist at all.
If, you pay attention, after you have been involved in a Work Injury, the first thing the Clinic Doctor will do is to give you powerful Pain killers. This, I believe, is to mask the severity of your injury so you will not continue to pursue your complaint. You may think you are doing fine, but after 30 days pass and you have not pursued your Injuries to the fullest, you most certainly will begin to notice little interest from the Insurance Company regarding your injury. Soon, your Medications will be Stopped and you will be left without recourse to solve or secure Medical Care.
