Adding Photographs to messages.
Adding photographs to messages can be done in a couple of ways. The easiest way is to click on the Yellow Sqaure inthe task bar at the top of the message box. Another box will appear, and it will have three boxes. The middle one says 'My Computer'. Click on that and it brings up a 'Browse' box. Click on that and it will show all the files on your computer. Remebering the file you have the pictures on your pc, find and click on that file. There you have the list of those pictures. Choose the picture you want, click on add, and the picture will appear on the in the box. Another way is is in the message box you'll see near the top left, 'Attatch File' sign, click on that, Then underneath that, brows file box, click on that and you will be aaken to your files on your computer. Locate the file your pictures are in, open it, locvate the picture you want to attatch, click it, you will see Add file, click on that, and your picture will be added to the message, where you'll see a red x next to the file. You can repeat this as many times as you want. The good thing about this is that it can only be viewd by members of the group, and it doesnt effect the storage you have. Hope that helps. John.

E-mail settings.
I just thought I would remind members of the e-mail settings, as its up to you as to whether you recievethe messages to your inbox, or not. If you do want the messages sent to your inbox or vice-versa, you have to do this yourself. To set your e-mail preferences, click on Tools in the Links on the Side bar, then click on Check your e-mail Settings, scroll down the page till you see the heading MESSAGES, here you have three options, and you need to click on one of those to make your choice. John.

Helpful Hints
Hello everybody, I have discovered that there is a fault in MSN groups Programming, that sometimes causes pages and photograph albums to disappear. As you may have noticed, the Links on the side of the HH site, has been changed slightly, this has been done to stop the loss of these pages. The reason for this is that there are too many characters in the title of the links. I was wondering if it would be possible to change the length of everybodies titles to their Photograph albums, to no more than 16 Characters long, to avoid this happening. In MSN HTML, a Space is 4 characters (&nbps), so to get over spacing, you either use an underscore _ or no spacing at all. Please keep titles to Aa -Zz or 0 - 9. If you have any problems with understanding what i'm saying, let me know, and I'll try to explain better. This needs to be done as soon as possible.

Make smaller URL's
Hi everybody, I have found an extremely useful site that takes long url's and makes them small, its called Tiny URL, here's the address Its really easy to use. What you do is if you have an extrememly long URL you want to use, copy the URL, go to this site, paste it in the little box, click the 'Make Tiny URL box, and Bingo, a tiny URL appears that you can use instead. You can then copy that new URL, and paste it in the message box here, or anywhere else you want to use it, so you don't see lines of a URL. Hope you find this useful. John

No More Lost Messages.
Over the past couple of days I have been having trouble with messaging on Hamsterhouse, I write them, and press send, and a blank white page appears and the message seems to have dissappeared into the internet ether. I have found out that that is not true. If that happens to you, don't panic, you can retrieve the message. Place your curser arrow into the blank white message box, right click and click on Refresh (do not use the Refresh icon in the Toolbar at the top of web page, as this will cause you to loose everything). This will refresh the box, and bring back the message. If it doesn't happen the first time, it will on the second. Sometimes, it might cause the main thread window to go blank, again, don't worry, do exactly the same, place your curser in the blank page, and right click, then press refresh again, this will open the page, and the message will appear in the thread. Hope that helps, John
