Unfortunately for those of us that have HS, it is very painful 
. HS also affects both women and men. 
These lesions could be under the arms, in the groin area, on the breast area, on the buttocks, behind the ears or anywhere else that a person may have them. HS is of unknown cause and there is no known cure. There are many of us out there that suffer with HS and some of us are disabled and some of us aren't. This particular forum is to help aid in giving information to people who need it and to help get the word out in general. Please be kind to others in here as they suffer from the same disease. Please give Hugzzzz when needed as we all need Hugzzzzzzz sometimes. And on that note...... Have fun, be honest, and let's get educated
