A Slew of New HoJo Releases & More.

Howard Jones will be releasing a double-disc collection entitled "The Very Best of Howard Jones" on his DTox label. The double album will include a brand new track ("Revolution of the Heart") which was recorded specifically for this release. There are 36 tracks in all, with the first disc containing the new track plus Howard's best known hits over the years. The second disc includes Howard's B-Sides from his Warner label, including the very rare "Modern Man", "What Can I Say?" and "Don't Put These Curses On Me." Every Howard Jones fan will be tickled pink to know that these are remastered and of better quality than we've heard over the years in recordings passed down from fans to other fans. Howard has also released THE SALT LAKE CITY LIVE DVD and this can be purchased at the official Howard Jones web store on the official site http://www.howardjones.com , just click on the DVD logo on the start page and it will take you to the web  store. The live concert was recorded and filmed at the Jon M. Huntsman Center at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City on April 20th, 1996. The concert was attended by 4300 fans and includes a behind the scenes interview. Howard has also mentioned that he is currently working on his brand new, highly-anticipated electronic follow-up album. This should be available sometime in 2004 and HoJo fans are very excited about this very exciting project. Copies of Howard's last original album, PIANO SOLOS, can still be purchased at the DTox webstore at the official site. Pick up your copy today while supplies last!

Howard Jones 20th Anniversary Concert!

Great news for HoJo fans! Saturday, September 20th, 2003 marks the 20th anniversary release of Howard's debut single, "New Song" (and the rest, as we say, is history.) According to HowardJones.Com, in order to celebrate this milestone in musical history, Howard Jones and FML have announced a 20th Anniversary Concert which will be held at Shepherds Bush Empire in London! Tickets for this magical day of special guests, activities and, of course, concert, will soon be announced at the SBE Box Office and on Howard's official website. Tickets will be sold in advance through the dtox webstore at www.howardjones.com! Stay tuned to this space for further details. We'll keep you informed about this special day, and, as always, it should be a wonderful event for HoJo fans! You won't want to miss this one-time event!

In HoJo USA site news, we are very happy to announce that after an 8 month hiatus, we are now officially back online and HoJo USA will now be updated on a monthly basis. The site manager deeply apologizes for the length of that hiatus. In his own words he had to "finish school and take care of a sick friend." In the meantime, we have kept in touch with many of the fans off-list and have attended several HoJo gigs (including the Ringo Starr All-Stars tour) and we were very pleased to meet with you at those venues. We are glad to be back!!  As always, we welcome new members at this site and have bigger and better plans in the works this Summer for a new & improved HoJo USA website and Human's Lib e-mail list. Please feel free to email us at hojo_usa@msn.com with suggestions or original HoJo site-related artwork or ideas.

Again, we would like to thank all of you for your continued support!

Ringo's AllStarr Band 2001 Tour Dates Announced!

Want to meet a HoJo fan at one of the concerts? Let us know!

Howard Jones' official website announced today that Ringo's new AllStarr Band 2001 (featuring our lovely Howard Jones) will be touring in North America this Summer!

The Incredibly Rare LTPHTS Video...

Thanks Glenn Kelly, for letting us know that there WAS in fact a video for "Let The People Have Their Say." We thought we'd lost our mind or imagined this. To clarify, this rare music video was up on Howard Jones Info Service a couple of years ago but was removed after a short time because it was a very poor quality .mov file. Glenn says that the new official HoJo website will feature this video again very soon, so check there for future updates on Video Clips and especially this LTPHTS video. HoJo on billboards, singing a song, very cool. :)
