New Zealand Folk Music Forum Welcome to New Zealand's national folk forum. Membership is currently unrestricted (go to Join Now), but we reserve the right to remove any objectionable material (and members!). We may also carry out a bit of tidying up from time to time, Add and maintain your own artist, gig, tour, club or festival details on the appropriate pages. This is best done by linking to your own website - if you don't have one try setting up your own MSN Communities web-site (it's really quite easy - and free) and link to it from here. But do remember to delete material once it's out of date. If you make or distribute instruments or CDs or just want to buy or sell one put your link or the details under the appropriate page. Post messages on the message-board, add pictures of folk events (set up albums as required), set up chat sessions (arrange a time via the folk discussion list) - in fact generally make this your folk forum. If you have any useful links, please add them to the Links page. If you have a meeting in the chat room that results in useful decisions for all NZ folkies (eg representation to Arts Councils or whatever), please copy out the relevant chunks of the discussion and save them as documents. And I haven't tried this myself, but you can probably post sound files under the documents. The content of this website is the responsibility of the individual members that place it here. |
