Baby loss charity event

 

 

The baby loss awareness campaign exists to promote awareness and understanding of the impact of pregnancy and baby loss among health and social care workers and in the community in general.

 

Due to the success of last years event we are holding another one during baby loss awareness week which is 9^th -15^th October 2006

 

We are holding a charity event disco with grand raffle and bingo

 on Saturday 14^th October

at Theale village hall, Englefield Road

from 7.30 onwards

tickets cost £2.50 under 16’s free

 

on national baby loss awareness day,

Sunday 15^th October

We will be holding a balloon release and will be joining in the “wave of light” ceremony which will be happening at many locations over the nation. This gives the families who have loved and lost a child an opportunity to unite with others who have gone through the same tragedy, and is a time to commemorate the brief lives of all babies who died during pregnancy, at birth or the first months of life.
