My name is leanne, I am married with two children. Jack who is 3yrs old, and baby Lukey who is my precious angel.

We was once a normal family, doing normal things looking forward to having a new addition to the family.

Five days after luke arrived, we found out he had patau syndrome/trisomy 13. With this devastating news we took our baby home to die.We did not know how long he was going to live, all we knew that we was lucky that he survived that long.

We had 18 precious days with luke, and done all we possibly could with him. Now the time has come to pick up the pieces. I won't ever forget Luke, and I made a promise to him at his funeral that i would find some answers, help others in this situation, and learn as much as i can about trisomy 13 and other chromasome disorders. And that is why im here now.
